Robinson Consulting Group is an IT consulting firm for owner-operated businesses of roughly 1 to 30 people: healthcare and mental health practices, law offices, and professional services firms. The work falls into four areas: AI strategy, website design and modernization, project and program delivery, and cloud infrastructure.
Stephen Robinson founded the firm after more than a decade running enterprise technology programs, including Fortune 500 delivery work. He holds a PMP and CSM, is an AWS Solutions Architect and CompTIA Cloud+, and is finishing an MS in Artificial Intelligence at Penn State.
Engagements are fixed-fee and priced before they begin. After a discovery call you get a written proposal within 48 to 72 hours covering the problem, the approach, the timeline, and the price. A Starter Sprint is $1,500 and wraps inside one to two weeks.

Stephen is an experienced Engineering Project Manager and AI graduate student who founded Robinson Consulting Group to bring senior-level technology delivery to small businesses that have historically been underserved by traditional consulting firms.
With a background spanning complex IT initiatives, platform migrations, and enterprise transformations, Stephen leads every RCG engagement personally, combining PMP-certified delivery discipline with hands-on AI expertise.
